SHIPPING

Most of our shipping is managed by Canada Post. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100 in Canada.. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change without notice, and any updates will be reflected on our website. Additional discounts cannot be combined with Free Shipping.

International customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or charges incurred during transit.

  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $100

PROCESSING TIMES & TRACKING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once a label has been created. Tracking status may take up to 2 business days to update.

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

  • Ontario local delivery: Same day or next business day
  • Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Ordering our Tees may take longer to ship out as they are made to order

📦 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their shipping address at checkout. Jobsite Junkies cannot be held liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a correction is needed after the order has been placed — especially if the package is already in transit — additional charges may apply for interception or re-shipment. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs required to correct these issues.

We strongly recommend:

  • Double-checking your shipping address, including postal code, before completing your order
  • Contacting us within 1 hour of placing your order if you notice any errors
  • Reaching out to the carrier directly using your tracking number to request changes once your order has shipped (we cannot make changes after fulfillment)

📬 Address Issues & Order Holds

If we're unable to ship your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., invalid postal code, missing apartment number), we'll attempt to contact you via the email provided at checkout. We highly recommend including a phone number in case we need to reach you.

If we don't receive a response after three (3) attempts via email, phone, or text, your order will be placed on hold for 30 days. If no reply is received within that period, your order may be cancelled. A packaging and restocking fee may apply to cover order preparation and materials.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Re-shipping fees will apply if your package is returned and needs to be resent
  • Jobsite Junkies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inaccurate address details provided by the customer

🔄 DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

In the event of shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as postal strikes or weather disruptions), we'll do our best to work with you to get your package delivered as soon as possible.

Refunds will only be processed if a package is confirmed lost or returned to us. A case number with the carrier must be submitted and verified. This process may take 30–60 days, as we may be required to submit supporting documentation including photos, a written customer statement, and carrier investigation confirmation.
